We work with SMEs, large corporations, startups, agencies and organizations that need professional imagery on a recurring basis. We primarily offer our services in Madrid and surrounding areas, but we also travel to other cities with prior logistical planning.
You send us the basic information for a quick briefing to define the style. After accepting the proposal and paying a deposit, we block the date. We carry out the session and deliver the final selection in a private gallery according to the agreed production schedule.
We deliver a curated selection of the best edited images, without unnecessary duplicates. Portraits are usually delivered within 48 hours and events within 48-72 hours. If you need urgent material for press or social media, we can provide a same-day express delivery of a quick selection.
For office portraits, we set up a portable studio; we just need a clear space and we handle all the posing direction. For events, we use high-end equipment prepared to work in complex lighting conditions (auditoriums, gala dinners), always ensuring maximum sharpness.
All delivered photos include color, light and framing adjustments. Additionally, we offer corporate video production services: we create dynamic clips for social media, interviews and event B-roll, maintaining total coherence with your visual identity.
We keep the online gallery active according to the contracted service for easy downloading. If you need minor adjustments (crops, LinkedIn adaptations, black and white versions) we handle them efficiently. We also offer recurring packs to update content throughout the year.
All our images include a usage license for web, social media and press. To protect strategic or sensitive content from your company, we sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) before the session.
The date is locked upon acceptance of the quote and payment of a booking deposit. Once confirmed, we establish the production schedule and define final delivery timelines so you have your material ready when you need it.
